We tried the Ariadni trachana with our smoked sweet tomato sauce and loved it! One night that we were working until late and got really hungry, we decided to give it a try and it was truly amazing how much the fragrance of the smoked paprika and spices match the trachana flavour!
The recipe is quick and easy: cook trachana as per usual and as soon as the soup starts to thicken, add the SPAROZA sauce – use one tablespoon per person.
It is that simple to create a tasty, hearty and healthy dinner.
Add some feta cheese as soon as you serve hot, for extra piquancy.
